Every plan retains storage, media, publishing, and provider limits, including 30 X publications per customer per UTC month. Unlimited accounts does not remove those limits.
A few fair questions.
Have an invitation?
Redeem a valid code for your own email to receive complimentary Crickets+ until revoked. Existing customers redeem codes in Account settings. Invitations do not include API/MCP access.
What happens when Crickets+ is full?
Free signup stays available. Paid Plus upgrades wait until a place opens. Invitations and administrator grants may exceed capacity.
How do add-on renewals work?
Paid add-on renewals align with Plus. Annual additions are prorated to the next Plus renewal. Complimentary Plus has no paid billing anchor. Review the initial charge and renewal date in the app and Stripe before purchase.
Can I cancel or change billing periods?
Cancel renewal through Account settings. Paid access continues to the paid-through date with no automatic refund. Billing-period changes take effect at renewal. The add-on ends with Plus unless complimentary Plus keeps it eligible.
What happens after Plus ends?
If you have more than two connections, choose two before publishing resumes. Connections and history are kept. Overdue paused posts need explicit rescheduling.
What if a renewal payment fails?
Existing subscriptions receive seven days of access from the first unresolved renewal failure. An initial payment failure does not activate access. Confirmed payment restores access.
